I thought I'd try out tag posts and start with Top Tens so when I read back it will be nice to know what I was into and if anything has stayed a favourite!
I'll start with my favourite movie ever ever ever...
The Nightmare Before Christmas
I could watch this movie on repeat for the rest of my life. I love Tim Burton's work and this, in my opinion, is one of his best!
The rest are in no particular order but I will highly recommend ALL of them! Top film taste me.
The Breakfast Club
A Brain, an Athlete, a Basket Case, a Princess, and a Criminal. Classic 80's coming of age film that can't be beat.
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
A more recent coming of age film set in the 90's that covers so many teenage issues in such a beautiful way.
Dead Man's Shoes
Ultimate Brit Grit film, such a good story. I went through all the emotions watching this.
A Beautiful Mind
One of Russell Crowe's finest performances and defiantly should have won the Oscar for Best Actor.
Into The Wild
This movie will change your life. Cried from start to finish in the best way possible. Stunning true life story.
The Truman Show
I'm a big fan of Jim Carrey and this has to be my favourite film of him, dunno why, it's just a great film.
The Wind that Shakes the Barley
One of the many great Irish films about it's history and culture. I would also recommend In The Name Of The Father.
Four Brothers
I always feel like this film is a hidden gem and I'm forever telling people to watch it.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
This classic is defiantly better watched live, the audience gets really involved, it's such a fun experience.
So there's my top ten films, roughly, there's so many more but I tried to get the best.
If you watch, I hope you enjoy!
Speak Soon, Stay Lucky x
